Susan still ill, parents still down and Freya and Millie playing up so no hope of getting on the turbo. However, tonight Susan started to get better and hopefully will have enough energy to look after girls with my parents so that I can be selfish and get in the garage for the hour 45. Fingers crossed.
p.s. Waist line still getting a pounding ouch trousers pinching!!! not a good look :-(
