Day 5 - Back on track

Happy happy days back on track, managed to do the required run tonight and yesterdays bike today, which means I haven't missed my run or cycle training this week. Swimming yes but will skip over that for now.

Bike seat was a bit hard and not used to it so put some padding on which raised it by 2cm and boy what a difference it made to how the bike felt. What more do I have to tweak to get a better cycling position.

More good news about the achilles - didn't hurt at all on the run.

Long bike ride tomorrow, long run Sunday then 1st day off in the 30 week program.
