Got to Friday and training has been going well for the week really pleased. Went to the allotment this morning. We hadn't been there for ages so there was about 2 hours worth of digging and it doesn't look too shabby now - well 1/3 of it isn't.
In the afternoon we went for a walk to Bradwell to the beach and have a look at this ancient church, which was origionally a Roman place of worship from 625 AD.
Was so tired when we got home with all that digging over the last 2 days I was almost asleep by 8pm!
It's good to have break every now and then.
