When I first ran this course it took me 59 mins and a few seconds but tonight I did it in 53.54 and felt really comfortable. I don't know why but it just sort of happened. I did have music in my ears and it was quite lively but would this really cause me to run that much quicker? I didn't really feel like I was massively out of breath when I got home either. So all is good then. Historically this first run has been awful so I don't know if tonights effort will result in a bad ending or just a good training week ahead. The later I hope.
