So the low that normally starts the week started a day later this week. I don't know why but the bike part of the brick went ok'ish but legs ached towards the end but the run was a 'mare' I just couldn't get any pattern to my strides going. It felt like I was running with someone else's legs. After a good 10 minutes they suddenly woke up and managed to get a good rhythm going again and suddenly everything seemed so much easier and my leg speed was quicker and breathing easier. It felt good until I hit the hill coming up to the house then it was back to the ironman shuffle. Ah well not everyday can be a good day but at least I got out there and didn't stop till the end of the session.
Tomorrow no running, all on bike so all should be good again. Fingers crossed.
