Day 61 - No Strikes

Had a surprise meeting after school which turned into a usual talking shop of which I must admit I contributed to as well. But the result was I didn't get out and back to my class to tidy up in time to go for a run and back home and then back out again for seven o'clock at the bowling alley. So hey - ho once again life got in the way of training. Will have to make up the time.
