Day 76 - Saturday and off

We went off to see friends so there was no chance of training. I was planning to get up and go for a long run really early but when the alarm went there was no hope of me getting out of my pit. Don Fink would have been cussing me but hey ho life is such. Even had two beers in the evening and it wasn't the end of the week! how very naughty!
