Day 74 - mmmmmmm no training

It was Thursday the dreaded spin session and Susan and I had a chance to be together without the girls so we took it and had a lovely day. In the afternoon started building a place to put all our recycling and in the evening had a lovely time with some good friends so no training for me today.
