Day 63 - Total Eclipse

From the high of the sun yesterday to the low of the eclipse today. I woke up or rather I didn't wake up and stayed in bed for ages and then when I did I was like bear just come out of hibernation. I really couldn't get going at all. I really wanted to do two sessions today the bike in the am and the run in the pm. But I ended up doing neither I really couldn't get going all day and the thought of getting out there and changed into kit and pedaling for a few hours made me want to cry (not really but you get what I'm saying!)

Basically - sacked it!
