Well I went for physio today on the old achilles and the calf muscles but asked for the physio to look at my knee. The verdict is good some slight soft tissue damage and inflammation that should clear up over the next couple of days. So I think I will rest it again today and then start back on the training schedule tomorrow. I wont do both session one after the other but will try and mix the match the two. Maybe do the bike first for 30 minutes and then do an hours run. We'll see how it goes I'm sure that it will be ok.
Sorry to hear about the STD (the soft tissue variety!). Hope it clears up soon and you can get back to normality.
